What are your shipping and processing times?

Orders are processed within 1 business day provided that the payment is cleared. 

Standard shipping is typically 2-5 days. 

Express shipping is typically 1-2 days.

We accept orders from around the world. Delivery time varies depending on where the order is going. Shipping carriers also vary dependent on the destination country. All orders are tracked.

Due to the global pandemic, INTERNATIONAL orders may experience delays in our usual shipping times. This is variable dependent on the current restrictions in place in the destination country.

We ship from various logistics centers in the USA.

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your order is shipped, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven’t received one, please contact us and we’ll get this over to you swiftly.

Delays

In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the above described standard shipping times.  Most of these delays are due to the international customs processing that we cannot control. If your order takes too long to arrive, please contact us immediately and we will help you to solve this problem.
